This Friday is Legacy Night at McMahon Stadium, as the Calgary Stampeders take on the Winnipeg Blue Bombers and celebrate the 25th Anniversary of their 1998 Grey Cup Championship! We are honoured to be part of the festivities, with two performances, before and after the game! A huge thank you to the Stampeders organization for inviting us, and to Cowboys Music Festival for the opportunity.

Band BIO
Hard Rock with an Alberta twist! Stonegate pays homage to hard rock bands from the 90’s and 2000’s while incorporating soaring vocal choruses that leave each song with a signature that can’t quite be pinned down.
Stonegate formed in 2019 in Okotoks, Ab. The band quickly built a dedicated following in southern Alberta based on word of mouth. With influences ranging from the Foo Fighters to Rage Against the Machine, the chemistry between the five members was undeniable. Stonegate headed to Audiohouse Recording Studio in Spring 2020 to record their first 5 song EP. The Video for “Southern Dust” was released in October 2020 and quickly gained traction. Listener requests got the track played on Today 101.5 and a spot on X92.9 Exposure.
The second single “Victim” was nominated for Rock Recording of the Year at the YYC Music awards.
Stonegate’s debut album, “Set In Stone”, recorded at Audiohouse Recording Studios is set to be released June 10, 2022
